Customers without Annual Maintenance or Support Subscription agreements are entitled to discounted major version updates of the software they have purchased.

If you already own an older version of OfficeWriter or FileUp and would like to upgrade to the latest major version, order online:

Visit our Software Update page, log in with your UserID (email) and password to download the latest minor version releases of your OfficeWriter & FileUp products.

Major and Minor Versions

Major Version is the first digit in your version number - for instance, in the version number 4.2.7, 4 is the major version.

Minor Version is the second digit in your version number - for instance, in the version number 4.2.7, 2 is the minor version.
